Peas in the Pod

These peas were purchased at the farmer's market in Santa Fe and they were delicious! But before I ate them, I painted a few.

The Peas Aren't Ready

Saturday I went to visit my Mom to wish her a happy Mother's Day and went to see my sister's garden.  She had sweet peas growing and so I picked a few.  Unfortunately, as you can see, they haven't reached maturity.  But they are lovely nonetheless.
